A01. PAYMENTS & FILING   

We will control and make the payments of all regular bills (electricity, water) and taxes (municipality, government) regarding your property on your behalf. After payments the receipts will be filed and kept for you. You will be informed about these payments on monthly basis with current account statements.€ 150  / year.

A02. REGULAR PROPERTY INSPECTION

Your property will be visited regularly. It will be aired and will be inspected thoroughly. If a problem is detected, photos will be taken and the necessary works will be listed and will be priced. You will immediately be informed about this report and with your approval the works will be completed.

A03. KEY KEEPING

Safe-keeping of the keys of your property. We will make them available to the people you want when necessary. Also if anything urgent happens at your property while you are away, we have the control of your property.

A04. EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE

You will have a contact number for emergency assistance. This service also works as a Call Out Service for emergency repairs, delivery of necessary technicians. We will help you regarding your problem and make sure that you have the best service with the best prices. You can also call for emergency help like hospitals, ambulance etc.

A05. INSURANCE POLICIES 
We will assist you with the insurance of your property. There is a compulsory insurance for earthquake in Turkey which you have to undertake with a new purchase. For the other items you want the insurance to cover, you could decide on a quotation which will be prepared on your name. € 40 / one off

A06. ASSISSTANCE IN TAX NO. & BANKING 
Assistance in obtaining a tax number for you and in opening a bank account. € 30 / one off

A07. LEGAL ASSISTANCE IN UTILITIES                                             

Assistance in getting your house utilities (electricity, water) connected and registered to your name. The necessary payments and legal fees regarding will be listed in details and will be paid by you. These procedures might need some official approvals and might need some time accordingly. € 80 / service

B. CONSULTANCY / REFURBISHMNET SERVICES

B01. A / C INSTALLATION 
Assistance in installation of air conditioning. We assure you to get the best service and prices available.Your property will be inspected by a technical team to determine the power of the units and a quotation will be prepared. € 40/ one off

B02. SATELLITE DISH & RECEIVER INSTALLATION     
Assistance in installation of satellite TV system. We assure you to get the best service and prices available. A quotation will be prepared for your approval. € 40/ one off

B03. SHOPPING ASSISTANCE          
You will be assisted for the furniture, kitchen appliances, lighting fixtures etc. shopping by one of the After Sales Team. We assure you to get the best service and prices available. € 15 / hour

 B04. FURNITURE PACKAGES                                                        

Assistance in basic furnishing for you to get settled when you arrive in your home. We prepared basic furniture packages that you can choose from and the delivery of which is assured before your arrival. € 50 / one off

B05. PAINTING WORKS                                                            

B05.01 OUTER WALLS Assistance in painting your properties outer walls. A technical team will make an inspection and a quotation together with a report will be prepared for your approval. € 50

B06. GARDEN WORKS

B06.01 GARDENING Assistance in your garden works. A landscape architect will inspect your garden and a quotation together with a report will be prepared for your approval. € 150

B06.02 GARDENING CARE Assistance in your garden care. A supervisor will check and look after your garden on a regular basis. The service includes watering of the plants, cleaning of the garden and plants. If additional plant care materials are needed you will be informed about the details with a quotation. € 150

B07. POOL CARE

For the properties that have its own pool, we will assist you with the pool care.

B07.01 WEEKLY CONTROL & CHEMICALS This service includes the monthly supply of chemicals and weekly chemical check & cleaning for a pool of up to 70m3. For pools larger than 70m3, the pool will be inspected by a technical team. A quotation about the necessary chemicals and a pool care schedule will be prepared by which you will be informed about the details. € 70/ month                                                                                                  

B07.02 DAILY CONTROL & CLEANING This service includes the control and cleaning for a pool of upto 70m3. A superintendent will check the pool 3 DAYS a week, controlling the chemical levels and brush cleaning the water. € 200/ month
